The apartment made me feel bad. It is very old and always smell stink. The most trouble thing was the next unit smoking marijuana. The strong marijuana came in my kitchen and window. It made me uncomfortable every night.
Such nice staff have been nothing but helpful. They've gone beyond what they had to do to make me comfortable.
We have a new manager!!!! Time has flown by since our new manager, Roman, came aboard but I want to say this is one of the best upgrades to our Hayward Village community! I've lived at Hayward Village almost 3 years, and must say I look forward to better living ahead. I work Monday through Friday 9-5 and don't get to see a lot of what goes on in our building, I do see however a manager who knows what is good for clean housing, knows the importance of paying attention to the needs of the tenants and the property. I have deiced to change my review from 2 years ago. Hayward Village has been through many changes, and I can finally say I think Roman is the right person for this place. The building is immaculate, thanks to Martha, the housekeeper. I've never seen the office so clean and organized, so it's very welcoming and inviting. I recommend Hayward Village 100% Thank You Hayward Village for providing me with a clean & safe home.
I moved in 3 months ago and I love the apartments. The manager Hei Garcia made the application process so easy. Anytime you have a problem they take care of it right away. The housekeeper keeps this place clean. It's a very nice place to live and I think I'll be here for a long time!
