The water leak was not repaired in a timely manner. Later, I discovered that mold had grown behind the drywall. I asked a renovation contractor to inspect it, and he confirmed that the issue was caused by the leak not being fixed promptly. As homeowners, we can repair our own property, but we were never informed about the leak. As property owners, we expect to have a responsible management company—one that not only finds tenants for us but also properly maintains and protects our property.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. My security deposit was never returned even though I cleaned the unit completely before moving out. I also reported a bathroom drain issue that took almost two weeks to fix, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was very slow and I felt my concerns were not handled professionally.I suggest that homeowners not entrust their property to them, because they don't care about your house -- they only care about their commission.

Matt is an exceptional property manager. He is thorough,professional and patient. I previously had a terrible property management company. They were a nightmare,dishonest and unresponsive. I would defintely recommend him

For the handful of times I have had to call the maintenance guy he has done a great job fixing whatever problems we're having. He's very skilled and very good about being in touch to schedule times to come look at the problem
