The manager is a dick he doesn't care for the customer he just wants to sell he doesn't give a f* if he fucked up your credit more than you already have it
If I could give it a zero, I would. Never going back there again! Poor customer service and the employees are rude and very unprofessional. If you get your car done there, check your car!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service, they need educated and PROFESSIONAL employees. Their service manager Robert Aponte hangs up the phone on paying customers when calling frustrated for assistance. I was going to buy my car here but after seeing how they treated my sister I wouldn't spend a dollar here. shame that such well know brand has such terrible customer service.
Nice place, nice group of people, love my new car!! Thanx again
Went to the dealership today to claim my $25 Visa prepaid card after doing a test drive. After the test drive, Dealership told me I have to apply for a Visa credit card. And after I receive my Visa credit card, there should be a credit of $25 in there. That's not what the coupon said. Coupon sad it's straightforward $25 Visa prepaid card after the test drive.
Their customer service and prices can't be BEAT! The follow-up after the purchase, I've never seen anything like it. I love the entire team because the make you feel like family!
