This facility was issued a cease and assist letter in April 2024 by the city of Hayward for operating illegally without a storage or parking license on its largest lot. They have operated illegally without a license for over 5 years in complete disregard of the city, while continuing to charge exorbitant prices at a run down facility with poor security and no key pad on their front gates or surveillance cameras.
