Worked with Eric and Khaled through prenegotiated LeaseHackr deal. They were responsive and honest. Would have no problem recommending them.
They offered discounts and agreed on the price. We started paperwork and after me chasing them for an update, they finally called back and said they will not honor the price we agreed because there was a glitch on their site for only this particular car. Throughout the process they kept changing the delivery time of the car and eventually backed out of the deal. I drove all the way from Fresno to Hayward Kia based on a confirmed appointment and pricing promise. Turned out to be a big mistake. Bianca assured us they would match a competing offer and even said she’s “never lost a deal due to price.” None of that was true. When we arrived, she ignored us, and the numbers suddenly changed. We ordered a tow hitch for our car. They said it will be available after 2 days. We called to follow up, no one answers the phone. They also do not call back when you leave a message. It’s been 6 days after promised arrival. This location charges you 3% if you use credit card. That is a big money when your order is worth hundreds. Dublin location does not charge credit card fee.
