My family has been patients of Dr Tome since he started in this office. As of this wonderful year of 2020, no longer. I visited his office every 3 months for my medication refills, bloodwork and any Other thing Dr Tome decided to over talk me about. I have been on medication he has prescribed for the last 5-10 years. My pharmacy called for refills, I was denied these medications because I needed an office visit which has thrown me into full blown withdrawal of antidepressant, beta blocker (HR over 150) any and all medication... read more
Treating their patient (customers) with respect Like many doctor offices in these times, customers get treated with arrogance and as if we don't have a say. The first day I visited 1979 Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL to see Dr Eddie Velazquez, I was treated like a child. Dr Schwarz has been my wife and I family doctor for over 30 years. Between him and Dr Sherman they have been involved in every aspect if our health care to include cancer, several surgeries, depression and all health issues tha try life and aging bring to bear. I strongly recommend against going to Dr. Hayes’ office after a negative string of experiences I had in July 2020. Dr. Hayes' office staff were profoundly rude, including using vulgarity, and I spent less than 10 minutes with the actual doctor (after waiting for almost an hour). I will never return to Dr. Hayes' office.
We love the doctor. Dr. Botez is patient and thorough however, if you need to call the office for questions or a prescription refill...good luck. It usually takes 1-2 weeks of constantly trying to get someone. When we call, we either receive a busy tone or the phone rings endlessly. Many times, the voicemail is full. Last August, I drove up to the office to find out they were closed for vacation. They did not put that on a voicemail so there was no way to know they were closed.
Dr. Martinez has been my primary doctor for many years, his integrity, knowledge, love of his work, responsibility, dedication, make him a person who can be trusted, he is not only my doctor, he is also a friend, perhaps like a member of my family. Know question asked, he is the best!
I left yrs ago!! Prettelt family health with Dr Aleman and nurse practitioner kim are great!!! Shannon is great too!! Who would stick with a dr who you never see and could care less about anything but money!!
Words cannot express how much I appreciate my doctor. Dr Martinez is a very loving, caring and concerned doctor. I give God thanks for the day he put me in the hands of Dr. Martinez professional care.
Poor, no one answers the phone, and if I haven’t been in for an appointment for 6 months, they won’t fill any prescriptions. With everything going on, in between jobs no insurance yet. Called on to get a prescription filled, left a message, after several attempts. No response, called, got a live person, said was given to the Dr, if a problem, I would called. No call, no prescription called in. Now the weekend, will try again Monday. This has happened multiple times.
