Not happy with the Er dr we had. Very rude and seemed uncaring. Cafeteria closed on weekends and after 4 pm. What kind of hospital doesn’t have a way for families and visitors to eat
RecommendedThey are an really good place. I came in to get a chest x-ray and the technician was really nice and explained the procedure well. Upon leaving my car got a flat tire and the receptionist called security to help me since it was dark. Officer Brian and his partner (didn’t get his name). We’re so nice to help me by changing my tire in the dark and in the freezing weather! I really appreciated it.

Hays ER saved my sons life. Dr Miller is one of the Best ER doctors I have come across and that’s saying a lot bc I worked in an ER with some fantastic doctors before. Along with the exceptional care there was great bedside manner. The night my son had respiratory failure and was flown to Wesley we had the most amazing Nurse Jason. Not only was he great at his job he was great with calming this momma down. Thank you for being such a great staff. I would recommend Hays Med to anyone in an Emergency situation. Recommendedmy husband had outpatient procedure today and they treated us so well. the new valet parking was great (he's in wheelchair), and the new surgery waiting room was wonderful. the old way, I would have to wheel him in and leave him while I went and parked. and the old waiting room was dark and cramped. all the surgical nurses were so nice and friendly. even the coffee is better. :) thank you so much for the improvements.
