RecommendedMy husband is in the ICU there and in critical condition with renal failure 😔💔 the nurses and doctors and other staff have been so AMAZING and kind. cut my thumb severely. need nb medical attention. went to convenient care in front of Mall there in hays. got amazing treatment from the front too CNA to the nurses and PA . got stitches and tetanus. well well trained and professional team. varying caring. said it was one of the worst cuts she seen. would highly recommend the clinic
My daughter Rebecca Rogge was never checked by nurses after being admitted she called and called took her own heart monitor off and no one came in! she could be died and no one even checked on her. I guess they just look at their cameras she Called down to have her 24 hour heart monitor picked up to be checked! I don’t think that a patient responsibility! We came to this hospital for help not to be put in a room and be left!

Today was the worst I’ve been having issues with my periods and was due for an annual appointment today was refused because I didn’t have money for the copay. I’m a poor single mother I don’t have a lot of money and I was very disappointed by the way it was handle.
