Buyer Beware! If you are interested in moving in, Please read your lease and get to know it before you sign anything! It is by far the most unreasonable contract I've ever read. The apartment itself is fine I guess, if "Hand Crafted Living" means poorly constructed spaces. Splotchy paint job, kitchen lights have all gone out TWICE, and the foundation is so shot that I've literally been trapped inside of my apartment because the front door wouldn't open, and no one at the front desk answers the phone during business hours. These apartments are nice, the staff is nice but when I first moved in were very disorganized. I was supposed to get an apartment but was told later that it was not ready because construction was being started on another building first. I was given a temp apt. Had to pay $275 to Perdenales electric to move in then another$75 for a transfer charge to my new apt(even though it was out of my hands that my original apartment was not ready) and no Hays Junction didn't pay for the charge. First of all, Jessica and Myra are absolutely very nice and friendly.. We love our apartment, it is so beautiful from inside and out..... Swimming area very nice and clean and we can also cook some barbecue and turns out DELICIOUSL!!
Hays Junction is without a doubt the best apartment living experience I've ever had! Jessica is very personable but at the same time also extremely professional and has always delivered on her word. She made signing up a breeze! Not only her, but the entire staff here is top notch, they have always greeted me with smiles and have always drop what they are doing to either assist me or find someone that can. Jessica and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They have made this entire process of moving so easy and the apartments are beautiful.
Nice place to live, just moved here from Albuquerque NM. Jessica was extremely helpful and has come through with everything she promised. She's a true professional.
