Excellent consistent care - when my primary care doc was away - other team members covered -good use of team.
Dr. Hays is wonderful! He is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, patient and respectful. He has a very nice and compassionate demeanor and I appreciate having him as my physician. He is also very responsive and informs me of test results right away.

It was my first visit. I was trying to establish having a primary care provider, that's why some of the questions weren't answered.
Dr. Hays is the best doctor I have ever had.
Some of my answers reflect the fact that I was transferring to Dr. Hays as my PCP. I had last seen him at his old practice in 2017. My medical records had not yet been transferred to Providence. Although I did not anticipate it when I made the appointment several months prior, I had appendicitis on the day of my appt. Dr.Hays correctly suspected it, ordered confirmatory testing, and I was sent to the ER the day of my CT scan. Everything Dr. Hays and the care team did was timely and appropriate.
I take comfort knowing my primary care provider knows my history and is up to date on my medications. He also refers me to the appropriate areas to better serve my needs at any specific time.
