Knowledgeable, truly listens, thorough, understanding, explains things, and I trust him.
I love Dr. Hays! He's a great doctor who always listens. I trust him with my life, literally.
Dr. Hays is an incredible PCP. He's connected with other providers I see as well, and they all have positive things to say about him. He truly cares about my well-being and I feel lucky to have him has a provider.
I never sense that Dr. Hays is in a hurry to wrap up an appointment...he encourages conversations regarding how I feel...and Is proactive regarding my heath...physical & mental. I've never left an appointment without his input regarding my health.
Appointment took approx 2 months to get, and was limited to 20 minutes. I had six somewhat serious issues to discuss. We covered four of them. Dr Hays is highly capable and empathetic. Any criticism DOES NOT reflect on him!!
This appointment was a meet & greet with Dr.Hays and I think it went very well.
I was able to get the most recent Covid booster vaccine and a flu shot during my scheduled appointment for another issue.
Dr. Was super kind during the whole visit. Thank you so much for warming up the the tools prior to my pap smear. It was the kindest gesture to a woman body. I relaxed and had my best vaginal check ever. Great experience. Thank you so much.
Dr. Hays seems an excellent primary care physician. He is aware of my health conditions and provides a thorough explanation of how my medications interact to treat my conditions. I do wish the length of time to obtain an appointment was shorter, perhaps 2 weeks instead of 6.
