Visit was interview seeking change of PCP. Decided to go with Dr Hays.
Dr Hays is great!!! Super kind and understanding and intelligent. My only complaint is the length of time to get an appointment and also the substantial delay in the clinic (although I was told that the day I happened to be in clinic was a weird one schedule-wise, so that delay may have been an aberration.
I've had bad experiences with two previous GPs at Providence but nothing but good ones with Dr. Hays.
We accomplished a lot during this visit. Dr Hays is an excellent PCP!
Dr Hays is the best and I get the very best care at this practice.
Dr. Hays is always helpful when I need it. He is genuinely interested in keeping me healthy.
