Gem is our hero! "Catering by Gem" at Hayes Meats catered our daughter's wedding at the Cocoa Beach Country Club. The food was beautifully presented, plentiful, and fabulous. Our guests feasted and raved about the food. The servers were attentive and extremely helpful, but the best part of all is that our caterer saved the day! Hayes Meats & Gourmet Foods has the BEST meat this side of the Mississippi. I would not feed my family anything else. Their meat is so fresh and the cost is very reasonable. Also, you cannot get a friendlier staff than the one at Hayes. Keep up the great work! Me and my family will definitely be back!
