I'm a Vietnam Veteran and the VA sent me here for my wrist. My appointment was at 10:30 AM. After waiting for more than a full hour passed my appointment time, an assistant took me to an exam room, I was told that it would be a while longer. She told me that the Doctor was with a patient and there were 2 more in front of me. It was now 11:45 so I just left. I drove from Ooltewah to get there. I think they should have at least called me to tell me not to come at all if they were too busy.
