I have been a customer for the past 12 years. I bought my first mini van from the Lawrenceville location and the second mini van from the Alto location. I worked with the best salesmen. At the Lawrenceville location, I am always treated with respect from the time I walk into the door, until we have completed our business. I have a water leakage on my windshield on a less than 2 yr. Old truck after 3 days at their service dept. The next day after picking it up water inside my windshield, they also told me I had a tire issue after talking with the service manager it was established that was not accurate, one other mystery is, I dropped it off with a 1/2 tank of gas they gave it back on empty. After this experience I WOULD NOT LET THESE IDIOTS CHECK THE AIR IN MY TIRES. What a waste of my time, never again.
Best customer service Hands Down
My sister took my truck to have it serviced and when we got it back it was in worst shape then when we brought it in?!? After 3 diagnostics, they still can't figure out what they did to it. I am so confused right now.

Hayes is very dishonest. Adam salesman flat out lied to us several times. Owner Mike Hayes did nothing to solve issues. I wrote a review on google and once again they lied and said they offered a solution that we did not take. They offered us nothing but lies. Dont buy a vehicle from Hayes you will regret it.
