Recommendedour family has ordered several king cakes and have always be very pleased
Everything. I simply cannot pick a favorite. I have been going for years holidays and not. It is all wonderful.
I have ordered king cake from a lot of bakeries in the last 20 years and had them sent overnight. Well this year it was ordered on the 18th and should have arrived on the 19th. It did at about ten pm that night. Sat on porch with no knock. The cake was a mess. Slide all to one side and stuck together. Icing melted. I would have preferred not having it. They could have contacted me and said they couldn't send it.
Went by yesterday morning. You were closed, despite what both your Facebook page and web page say. Went again this morning and was yet again disappointed. VERY minimal selection. No cakes, no petit tours, minimal cookies. And even worse, seemingly no plans to rectify this in a reasonable time frame. Why bother opening?
Service was great and fast.
I ordered a king cake on 2/13 and was counting on it for a party, and even though it was still plenty of time to receive a cake by Mardi Gras, the day I selected was a glitch apparently and should not have been available, so my order ends up in limbo and I don’t know this until it never ships and now it’s too late to get a king cake in time. My only prize is a refund of the money I paid for no product received. No discount on a cake for next year, or anything. I suggest you find a bakery with the capability to fulfill orders... read more
