I never write reviews but I felt inclined to about this company. I was honestly a little worried about signing up after reading the reviews. The main complaint was that people didn’t know they were getting into a 1-year contract. The salesman that came to my door was very nice and completely honest about the 1-year policy. Trevor (the technician) was nice and friendly as well and he showed up on time. He did a thorough job on the outside and inside. Total scam they come to your door offer you a discounted rate of $25 dollars then come to find out it is a year service you sign up for then there customer service does nothing for you only that you get charged more if you cancel or they will give you 10 dollars off every service. Very deceitful all right told me and wife a one time charge of 25 dollars since they where in the neighborhood. Will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to get charged reversed
