Honestly the people here at AMAZING!!! LADY K helped us out tremendously and is SUPER SWEET and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home. The apartment complex is super quiet and friendly. Great environment to be in!! I recommend anyone that wants to live in a beautiful apartment with friendly wonderful people!
I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! Living by the river is amazing, even just a short walk away from our building is great for my husband, dog and I! We have lived here almost three years and have no complaints! We are definitely going to miss it when we get a house in a few months. Also, we recently got married and Hawthorne allowed us to have our ceremony down at the river park! It was beautiful and everything we wanted.
This is what coming home is all about! Every morning I wake up and watch the river and it helps me get fired up for another day and in the evening I sit and watch it carry the stress of my day away......Hawthorne Riverside is the perfect home for my quest for RiverLife!
Moved here for a temporary space while building a home....5 yrs and 2 months later, still here...wonderful place..resort like living, safe and such a friendly atmosphere! Community staff amazing!
We have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it. We love waking up to the ducks and the scenery of the river every morning. My kids and grand kids love coming over to fish, float the river, and bbq by the pool. It's like being on vacation everyday of the year. And the staff is GREAT and AWESOME. They tend to your every need ASAP. love Jamie and Dru.
Beautiful, nice, quiet, peaceful place. Feel my daughter is safe there. My Grandkitty loves all the squirrels and birds.
Hands down, this was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management was always very kind and understanding and the maintenance was handled quickly. I would move back in a heartbeat if life allowed for it.
