I got here by mistake when I first moved to New Braunfels and I'm heading towards my third year now! I usually move somewhere new every year... It's peaceful, quiet, need to unwind - take a walk with the river by your side, want to workout - gym is opened 24/7, the ladies at the office are extremely helpful and friendly, plus maintenance responds quickly if you ever need them at all. Best decision I made, thank you!!

I higly recommend Hawthorne Riverside. Lady Kyllonen went above and beyond to make sure I leased the apartment that was right for me, my husband, and pets. I have been living here a few months and already feel a sense of community that I have never felt at other New Braunfels apartment communities. Beautiful Complex, beautiful land, beautiful river, beautiful location, beautiful staff I'm still new to New Bransfels and new to the community but so far so good!
A wonderful place to live. Right on the Guadalupe River, a private park, walking trial, and other fantastic amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is performed quickly. We are really happy here.
