Resort-style living This property feels different from other apartments I’ve lived at across the nation. Issues are resolved immediately, grounds are well-kept, maintenance is superb and timely, office staff are patient, kind and professional, and the beautiful views will blow you away. 10/5 stars!!! It is also worth noting these neighbors I have are wonderful people. They’re always gathering by the fireplace or at the river to enjoy sunny afternoons in great company.

Hawthorne Riverside Apts., New Braunfels Tx We moved here cross country from the North East about 9 mos ago and its like a secret little paradise! The office manager, Jessica is so nice & easy to get along with and professional as well. The whole staff are so kind and really makes sure that you are comfortable in ur new apt. The grounds are maintained and so pretty, trees everywhere, beautiful Guadalupe river in ur backyard ! Walking path on the river& so much more!! Close to shopping & downtown. , great eateries nearby. River Wonderland!!! I just moved in here last week, and could not be any happier! If you love river access, yet close to everything, this is your place! The views are simply amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. I even got a special, to move in here! This helped greatly with moving costs. Everyone we have met here says it’s a wonderful place. RecommendedI had a knock on my door in the morning and didn’t answer it. There was an envelope left. I opened it and my debit card was in there. I didn’t even know I’d lost it. Thank you so much to our maintenance for having integrity for returning it. A few weeks later I threw my keys in the dumpster by accident with the trash. We lived at Hawthorne Riverside for a little over 3 years. We started in a 1/1 for the first year and enjoyed it so much when the opportunity to move to a 2/1 became available we jumped in it. We had nothing but good experiences. Out of living in a lot of apt's this has exceeded all our experiences. We fell in love w the staff, becoming more like friends than anything. Been here for 2 months now and I love it here. I’ve wow’d my friends and family by taking them down to the river, and it’s not even summer yet! Overall, a trustworthy community
We lived at Hawthorne Riverside for almost 2 years. It has been a great experience. Living close to the river has been so peaceful. The managers are wonderful, very accommodating, and friendly. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any maintenance request. We highly recommend Hawthorne Riverside. There is not a bad thing to say about this complex!
