Check in was easy. Room was excellent and large. Gentleman checking me in remembered my name the next day. Room service (service) was a little splotchy but food was excellent. WiFi strong and reliable. Can’t wait to go back!
The staff was very nice and informative! Central location, walk to a lot of things! Would stay there again. We were disappointed that we didn't see any ghosts ��
Love the intimacy and the cozy fireplace! Didn't feel rushed. Got to catch up with special people.
Our puppy was treated as a guest not a nuisance. Clean comfortable room with a great view of the commons. Room service for lunch and dinner in the tavern were both excellent and as advertised. You can find less expensive if you search hard enough, but the Hawthorne lived up to its cost
Beautiful place. Very centrally located. We walked everywhere.. Great room service and very friendly staff. We also ate at the Tavern restaurant in the lobby and the food was terrific.
