Customer Service is impeccable, top notch! Our room was huge with time period decor with the history of the hotel. Kevin, the front desk host, was so accommodating & made my whole family's (6 people, 2 rooms) stay pleasant & happy! He went beyond the norm..warmed my Aunt & Uncle's food up, since Turner's Restaurant on Church St was a nightmare & left us all unhappy & hungry.
