Haven’t returned our emails/phone calls for several weeks about plans for our home so we’re going with someone else.
Their customer service is DEPLORABLE after closing! The roof leak in our house has to be the ABSOLUTE single worst thing ever. It was discovered during the early construction process and they have been made aware of the RECURRING ISSUE on numerous occasions since then. The last time they said they fixed the source of the leak, but that was FALSE!
