Blake is very shady & dishonest! From his past reviews I expected a pleasant experience, however it seems only a certain demographic gets that pleasant experience or his service has declined. Wish I never came across this company. MY FAMILY & I ARE RELOCATING FROM OUT OF STATE TO TN. ALTHOUGH A GREAT TENANT WHO HAVE HAD GOOD LUCKING HAVING GREAT LANDLOARDS/AGENTS I HATE THE FINDING A NEW HOME PROCESS. BLAKE MADE EVERYTHING EASY FROM MEETING TO VIEWING THE HOME, THE TOUR, THE APPLICATION PROCESS. WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REAL ESTATE AGENT WITH BEAUTIFUL HOMES.
Blake provided excellent service and communication from our initial reach out till placing a tenant. Getting our home prepped, cleaned, and staged was painless and enjoyable. We were thrilled with how effective he & his team were in helping us get our home ready for leasing. Will definitely be working with Hawthorne in the future for any other property management needs.
