Hawthorn Suites was a fantastic apartment. We were only there a short time while our house was being finished, but even on the first floor I always felt safe. The neighbors were by far the friendliest I have ever encountered at an apartment. The pool was super nice for entertaining the kids and there was plenty of grassy area to play. The property manager, Danielle, was always kind and helpful and really made the move out process a breeze. I would highly recommend!
My 1st time renting and it has been smooth transition with all the help from property manager Danielle answering all my questions with patience and with great attitude.. The apartments have plenty of room, great location and so far very quiet which is a huge asset. The free YMCA membership is a great bonus.
Danielle is awesome and very active at communicating with residents. She even stays in the office at little past 5pm which makes it easy to pick up packages!!! Major bonus points for her.

Hawthorn Suites Apartments are very nice, well maintained, safe, conveniently located, and have amazing amenities. Carl, the Property Manager, is phenomenal. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone!
We have been in a fully furnished, month to month apartment here for the last few months. We only had one repair needed during that time and they had it fixed the day after we reported it. The grounds are well kept (grass always kept mowed, sidewalks clear in cold weather), the property manager is friendly, and we always felt safe here. I’m so glad we had this place as we transitioned into our new home.
Been here almost 10 yrs and Carl is hands down THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER WE'VE EVER HAD!! Here or anywhere else! He CARES about his people and residents. Maintenance is handled AMAZINGLY well. Anyone that's lived in apartments pretty much assumes at one point or another you're going to have to deal with bugs. NOT. ONCE. Since we've lived here. EVER. We have been here for almost 8 years now and I have to say Carl is THE BEST manager we've had. Always helpful and right on top of any issues that come up. The maintenance staff are rock stars that are very helpful and nice no matter what time of day or night. You have your people that move in that think this is a frat house or their personal doggie park that they don't have to pick up after their pets or keep them on leashes...but again Carl is right on top of it and for the most part it's a quiet family friendly place to li... read more
