I went to my first visit to Bogey Hills Dental for a cleaning and exam. This was the fist time the dentist assisted in the cleaning process which was nice. They have the easiest check in process which is done on the computer near the front door.
Dr. Pollard is a very kind and knowledgable doctor. I love that he is up to date on new technology dental tools!
I had a very poor experience with my previous dentist, so I switched to this office. First, being able to enter my information electronically was ideal. Second, the hygienist was very pleasant. I was very impressed with the dentist...good thing because I will be seeing a lot of him :) My husband was the first to go to this dentist and I was so impressed with how they lay out the treatment plan and promptly bill the insurance. I am expecting a much better experience than I have had with my previous dentist.
Dr. Pollard is very caring and highly trained dentist. His staff is caring and always calls to remind patients. He has taken care of our families dental health for over a year.
I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist.I've been going to the same dentist for 25 years (who is also a high school friend). I switched 3 years ago and its the best thing I ever did. I have a big fear of the dentist. Dr. Pollard was very sweet, he talked me through everything he was doing, and was very gentle. He has helped me feel better about returning to the dentist. I will never go anywhere else. I found my new dentist:) thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing staff! I give 10 stars! !!
The staff and the Dr. made me fill comfortable. Which is very hard to do in a dentist office. It was my first visit here, both my wife and I just moved into town.
