Office staff and dentist both worked with insurance to make sure I received my maximum benefit. Really like the dentist, I walked in with a broken tooth and 2 hours later walked out with a temp crown in efforts to save my tooth. Dentist was friendly and helpful. Took his time to explain my options and the worse case sena Rio.
As always the staff is courteous and helpful. Dr. Pollard very professional.
Dr Pollard was kind and professional! He took the time to explain my upcoming dental implant and answered any question I had. He has up-to-date equipment and technology - which is what I want in a professional!
I had a bit of an emergency and would have wasted money at an urgent care or ER if Dr. Pollard wouldn't have seen me with in 10 minutes of calling & speaking to Alicia on a closed office day no less. This level of service is unheard of these days. Thank you for your efforts.
The office is very clean and the staff is one of the friendliest that I have ever been too. I enjoyed the informational video while waiting in the waiting room.I was called back at my appointment time. A little early I must add. I had my teeth cleaned and when Dr Pollard came into the room he was very professional. I got my lil to go package from the hygienist. I always HATED going to the dentist! Until I met all these wonderful professionals. I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist to all my friends!
This is a great office! Everyone is extremely friendly and you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! Pati is the best hygienist I have ever been to... super sweet and gentle and your teeth feel amazing after she's done. So excited to come here for more visits! =)
Dr P. is a great dentist and a really nice person. I can wait though for his next rounds of shots!
I just have to say thanks to Bogey Hills Dental! Having a terrible tooth ache and looking for a dentist with evening hours, I happened upon them and went for it. I am SO glad I did! Dr. Pollard was so kind and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The even helped me navigate the financial end to make sure that I got the best service at a reasonable cost to me. I am very impressed and will be making Bogey Hills and Dr. Pollard my new full time dentist. Thanks so much!!!
Staff was very professional at all times. Well organized, the office surrounding were very calm and peaceful settings. Treated u like u were family. And made sure that all your dental needs were met before u left the office.
