I am from out of town near Syracuse, NY working in the area and broke a tooth anchoring my lower partial. I called and got an appointment the same day. After a comprehensive exam a complete plan with estimate was given. No bull, to the point, and spot on. Alesia dealing with my insurer was timesvaing the doctor offered different plans and timing for the chosen repairs. Great job, average on the cost, super people.

Not only is Dr. pollard professionally capable, his office staff is efficient, helpful, and ON TIME! They stick close to the scheduled appointment time, which allows me a good in and out experience.
Dr. Pollard is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain your procedure options, insurance options and payment options. His staff is very nice and up to date with modern communication. All are very gentle when working in my mouth.
