I had the best experience with this office and the wonderful staff today! They were able to get me in to extract my top wisdom teeth sooner than the previous office I was at. Dr. Smith was such a joy when he introduced himself. The experience was quick, the staff was friendly, and all were concerned with making this visit as painless (haha) as possible. I am so glad I was referred here! I will gladly drive an hour for my family to continue being patients here!
I will never step foot into this building or use your services because of the rude and discourteous behavior of one of your employees I had the bad luck of encountering on Soncy on my drive to work. She felt it necessary to act like a donkey and gloat about it as I passed her when I was following the rules of the road to properly merge with traffic and not put others in danger however her actions put me in danger. Amazing! I love the dentists and staff here! I've been going to Dr. Smith for over 15 years and just recently had an exam with Dr. Hawkins, both are wonderful! Wouldn't trust my smile to anyone else :)
