I'm celebrating my 5th vehicle that I have bought from Hawkes. My experience with them has been terrific each and every time. I'm not the kind of buyer that spends a lot of money, but they have always treated me like I do. One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. They have a 2007 Sti with a large amount of body damage. We asked to see the carfax. He then proceeded to tell us that we weren't serious buyers and that he wouldn't pull the car fax. He said he didn't want to pay the 15$ fee to pull a carfax only because we asked for it. He was an idiot and I will never buy a car from here if this is how we get treated just for asking for a carfax. Ridiculous.
