I will say that the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I liked them letting us test drive alone. Gave me time too look over the car without someone looking over my shoulder. We found a problem on the test drive, they had it scheduled to be fixed right away. We made the deal and they gave us a nice car to drive home. They delivered the car the next day 2 hours away. I feel like the staff here went above and beyond to give us a good car buying experience.
I am a first time car buyer and have been endlessly warned about the "car dealer" tricks. Going to Hawkes Motors I was waiting for the "dealer" traits, even made sure to have my boyfriend heavily involved because he has bought a few cars and has had a experience. These guys are amazing with their customer service! They will take care of you from the time you walk in the door and beyond. One of the oldest dealers in the valley (1969) and they didn't make it by chance! Ryan and Curtis will do you right every time. I highly recommend them whenever you need a vehicle.
