Terrible service in common areas. The washing machines never work. You can send a direct report and speak to the apartment manager, but they don't fix the damage to the washing machines. There are no public laundromats nearby.

Very Unprofessional! Had a scheduled tour for 3:30pm today, guess what ? No one was at the office .
My wheelchair bound elderly father lives there and they are almost never available to answer any concerns. The packages I have delivered for him have been stolen many times. One time, the health aide and I were trying to carry my dad up the stairs and my phone fell out of my pocket. By the time I got him up the stairs and came back down to retrieve it, it was gone.
