It took me over 2 1/2 months to get an appointment; I called multiple times a week, had to get re-authorization because my first one expired. No one ever called me back until I had my primary care physician call them and register a complaint. I am glad I got referred to Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience. Dr. Liow is such a conscientious doctor that when I go to see him, I really feel like I got treatment for my illness that is timely, comprehensive, and fulfilling. His staff is so friendly. When my visit is over, although I must leave, I learn to miss my illness, and focus on the advice that the doctor gave to me. And the doctor tries to make that advice positive.
