My apt for the most part is fine. Looking at the property outside reminds me of the ghettos. Just yesterday, since my complaints went unanswered, I had my grandson and his friend get rid of 4 large bags of smelly trash that someone put under the stairs 3 weeks ago. Unsightly trash on the grounds, around the dumpster and everywhere else is an on-going issue. I do have to say that they're very timely about getting the rent.
