I have been living at the Haven NRH apartments for about 6 months now and have had nothing but positive experiences. To start off with, Rosa (leasing agent in the office) and Jose (maintenance/property manager) are both incredible. Rosa is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful ladies I have met. She takes care of her tenants and truly makes this place feel like home and a community. Jose does an amazing job maintaining the property. Haven is a great place to call home its a very safe place every resident I have came across has been very welcoming and helpful. The staff Ms. Rosa is awesome she is a very helpful and friendly person , , she made sure all my needs were meet.Haven NRH Apartments are big and have lots of space and the amenities are awesome pool, clubhouse and gym. Highly recommend Haven NRH.
Mrs Rosa is the best! She made me and my family feel welcome right away. I’ve been here for a year and love it here. Jose our maintenance man is amazing too. I recommend for sure.
I toured Haven NRH last week and loved the great atmosphere.I meet several residents that already live there and they recommend me to move there. The manager Rosa was very friendly and showed me two floor plans. I was surprised to see that they have a nice gym and an awesome club room! I can’t wait until my lease is up in three months to move. When I went shopping for an apartment, I found this apartment haven nrh for the location and at a reasonable cost. Rosa, the manager at the apartments. It was exceptional. She was very friendly knowledgeable and agreeable, and what I wanted. She was willing to show me immediately.
