The best apartments I ever stayed in. The management team and landlord are amazing!!! And will help you in anyway possible. I will highly recommend haven NRH apartments to any.. call and ask for ms. Rose
We are going on our third year here..I can honestly say the grounds are very nice here..very quiet here.. maintenance is always good and he gets things done right away..And Ms. Rosa she is so amazing..if you have any problems..she gets it done right away..very sweet lady always willing to listen to your needs..we just signed a 18 month lease...The haven is where you want to make your home....
Resident for one year, I enjoyed my time. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part aside from the occasional fire truck...the station is not far. I loved hanging out by the pool in the summers, I would often have it all to myself. The clubhouse is very spacious, full kitchen and plenty of room; I rented it for a baby shower. Living here is such a pleasure! Summers I spend at the pool. Its like a vacation! All the residents are courteous and friendly. The apartments are gorgeous and specious. The best part is the combination of management and maintenance. Rosa is the kindest and sweetest human being you could ever meet. She always has a smile for everyone and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Jose is the maintenance person and he is the very best. I’ve had a great experience living at Haven NRH Apartments! I’ve been here two years so far and I’m really happy to be renewing my lease another year. The management team is always responsive and genuinely friendly — they make you feel taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often the same day, which I really appreciate. The community is also peaceful. My neighbors have all been quiet and respectful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live. Highly recommend!
