Had the most amazing experience at Haven Hair. The environment is so relaxing and the staff are all so attentive. After seeing Adam for a new client appointment I left feeling like the colour wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. I reached out to Haven Hair the next day and they were more than accommodating in getting me back in to try and achieve my perfect colour free of charge. I had the most magical experience! Jack was so in tune with my goals and really nailed the look! I genuinely have never had a better hair experience and it was from the moment I stepped through the front door! The team are all so lovely and welcoming. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
The best salon in the New Farm/Newstead area! Your entire appointment will be an experience. The ambiance of the salon is so soothing and the hair dressers are true professionals. I saw Mitch, who is not only incredibly charismatic and welcoming, but also a true artist. His attention to detail can really be seen in my result (which has literally blown me away). The colour he created for me is stunning and I’ve honestly never felt so blonde! An amazing experience from start to finish which I highly recommend!
