This is the worst doctors office I have dealt with regarding counseling. They are extremely unprofessional in that you can never get anyone to call you back and they rarely answer the phone at the front desk. My daughter and I have left message after message trying to get a prescription refill with no response. On the voicemail they tell you not to leave multiple messages but how can you not when no one responds? We are actively looking for another provider. Horrible do not recommend especially if your needing help with anxiety issues. Very judgmental on your history luckily I found a physician to treat my symptoms and now I'm stable and feel like I have control over my life again.
Never was able see any one because the appointment scheduler today was somewhat incompetent. When you're in the mental health profession, you have to have more patience and not be condescending. We're not scheduling Botox or trying to get our nails done, we are people with serious issues, trying to get help. What good is having a business if have a gatekeeper with a 10-digit code you have to break before you get in!
