Love, love, love Haven! Best in Birmingham! I had given up on salons here until I found her! She is in high demand and I see why so I recommend making an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!
Rude, standoffish, and they do not know how to run a business or greet customers. Appointment only places are totally fine, but their website stated they accepted walk ins so I thought it would be a normal nail salon. I walked in and all heads turned to me as if I did something wrong. I asked if they had availability for two pedicures and they didn’t give me an answer, just told me to sign in. The owner did my nails, she was kind. I wish I would have gotten some time to look at the work before leaving. She buzzed my skin twice and talked me out of the color I wanted. I asked the proper color for my skin tone so I guess that was my fault. These nails were $82 and for my birthday so you can decide how you feel based on the pictures.
I saw this nail shop while shopping for something else. I needed to get my nails done quickly. They were available. Pleasant and spoke when I walked in. They genuinely greeted everyone that came it. My nail tech was a nice lady. She has such a bubbly personality and chatted it up in her native tongue. I may have learned a few words. He took her time. I wanted a eepoliah.
