I was serviced by Ashley as a walk in new client. I was greeted by Nyla when I walked in and she was very kind and advised me that it would be a wait because there was only two of them in the shop. There was a lady who came in after me but had an appointment but I didn’t mind waiting. The lady left after waiting a short amount of time but it opened up Ashley to do my pedicure. Attempted twice to be serviced here. The first time I came, I was told that despite taking walk ins they were only taking appointments that particular day. I decided to make an appointment the second time so that I can be seen. Arrived at 1:28 for my 1:45 appointment (early, I know) and was told to take a seat in the lobby and I would be serviced soon. 1:45 rolls around and no one comes to get me. 5 minutes turned to 10, 10 to 20, and I still hadn’t been seen. First off, the environment in this nail salon was the best i’ve ever experienced. It was all women which is the reason i even decided to go here in the first place. I would definitely recommend making an appointment, or make sure your schedule is free if you end up having to wait. This was my first time ever getting a gel x pedicure, and i’ve never been more happy with the results.
