Here we go again. Gave them a second chance, now got a bill. Took it to them and told me I have a deductible, I don’t! Was told up to me to straighten out. I provided all the paper work, authorization etc and still wrong. Good grief. Really tried to be nice but don’t think they know what they are doing.
Staff did not log meds when given. Staff could not find vein. had to call another person for 3rd try. Was told would receive anesthesia in IV before being wheeled into surgery; only eye numbing drops given. Other patients had issues too, staff did not inform manager when asked what problem was. Nurse kept hurting me by moving eyelid separator. Dr saini scratched eye during surgery. Person needs medical advocate by their side rather than being closed off. Was told grievance was filed. RecommendedThe best, I had macular hole surgery on both eyes over three month span of time. Over three months and lots of folks involved, there is a lot of opportunities to foul up. Not once did that happen. Everything was very timely, polite, friendly and very very professional. First class operation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been waiting for reimbursement from a bill I prepaid and my insurance already paid to to SW eye .. It’s going on 8 months and I’m still waiting for the refund. All I get is a run around about paperwork. SW EYE, quick to charge,slow to reimburse!!
RecommendedI saw Dr Golish and her staff yesterday and they were very nice and kind and professional. She accessed my problem gave me her treatment plan and I was happy with what she did. I was very uneasy and she made me feel relaxed she would take care of the problem. Thanks you Dr. Golish.
