You have a five star employee! We would like to compliment Service Technician Dillon Chapa. He was very helpful with teaching us about our pool equipment. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with our pool school training. Great customer service!
8 Years ago Hauk built our pool. The process was professional and on time. We were amazed by the attention to detail in the planning, executing and completing of our project. Even 8 years later we are still treated like one of the family. They are always willing to help and advise. We had huge challenges in our backyard - Rob Hauk personally worked with us and help us to get a resolution - even though this was not at all his responsibility !!! I want to thank Antonio Beverley . I can see the hard work that he's putting in to the customer service department. He goes over and beyond to make sure the outcome is taken care of and approved by the customer. He's been a great addition to Haulk Pools.
Hauk Custom Pools has been awesome to work with on designing and building our new pool. From Braulio on the design to Seth on the project management, their attention to detail and quality have been extraordinary!
We are thrilled with our pool and the entire experience. Our designer, Tim Ryan brought tremendous creativity and insight, while never losing what was important to us. Sammy Trevino, our project manager was beyond professional, communicative and held a tight schedule. Were swimming 7 weeks after signing. We would highly recommend Hauk to anyone considering a pool, could not imagine a more positive experience.
My favorite thing about Hauk Pools is their excellent customer service. Anytime I have had any questions when my husband isn't home, I can call them and they help me. I love the quality of my pool, but I love the Hauk people even more.
