I really wish I was able to leave a positive review. I’ve tried calling Hauk Custom Pools 6 different times over the last week (all within business hours). Each time I tried all the available extensions (sales, service and construction) as the job I’m enquiring about spans all these. This is a total of 18 calls I’ve placed. I only reached a person once out of those 18 and they transferred me to a number that went to voicemail. I left a message detailing what I needed a quote on and never received a call back. We built our pool 4 years ago with Hauk. Nick designed it and did a great job! The process wasn’t without problems, but I could always count on Nick to make sure things turned out right. He learned how to make his customers happy from his dad Robbie who genuinely loves his company and the people who trust him to build a quality pool. Good price, great design and build. Had some punch list items that took a while to get done. Our last one took a long time, but when the owner (Robby) heard about it, he was at my house the next day and it is resolved.
I contacted this company not once, but twice to discuss designing and building a pool. They never called to schedule an appointment. I have since gone with another company. If Hauk is this difficult to purchase a pool from, imagine how much fun construction would be. You may want to look elsewhere.
