Our experience with Hauk Custom Pools was nothing but wonderful. Tim Ryan was an amazing designer turned friend. He was patient with all our changes and not a pushy sales guy. We interviewed 6 pool builders, but ultimately chose Hauk because we loved Tim so much. Jeremy Pacina was our project manager. We also chose Hauk because friends told us they worked with Jeremy and loved him. He made the building process easy and painless. The quality of our pool is above and beyond what we expected and we couldn't be happier.
RecommendedColby was great to work with, he was patient and whiling to redo designs multiple times until we found exactly what we wanted, never tried to push us in a direction. Sammy was on top of the competent construction team and promptly responded to text messages during the whole process.
Horrible experience, don’t use them!
My boyfriend sent a message to get information for a pool. No response. He went to the physical address of the office and was told someone would contact him and nothing! I guess they don’t need our business.
If you are shopping for a FANTASTIC pool builder I can’t recommend Hauk pools any higher!! I worked with Buddy to design the pool and then Sammy was my builder. BEST communication skills ever! Addressed every question and built the most beautiful pool for my backyard. I couldn’t be happier! They are absolutely amazing. Finished early, and I can’t stress how great they were at responding to text messages and calls along the way. So pleased! If you go anywhere else.. you will be missing out on the best experience with a build.
We have had our Hauk pool for 6+ years. Walked a neighbor in the backyard this morning who is considering a Hauk pool. While yes there are some minor things that you have to manage and or replace after 6 years our pool looks exactly as it did when it was put in. The Hauk product stands up over time!! Recently broke the cap to my filter drain (my fault). Couldn’t run the pool without the cap so I called Hauk to see if they had one in stock. Left a message and Jana got back to me. We were so pleased with Hauk from the design conception of our backyard project, all the way through the construction and completion! They did a superior job on our pool and outdoor living. We worked with Colby on the design side, and Sammy was our project manager. Both were extremely nice to work with, great and timely with communication, and genuinely cared that we were pleased with the entire process. We happily recommend them to anyone considering a pool! We are loving our new backyard oasis!
Janna is awesome! She worked hard to get a problem fixed late in the day to save our pool party. It was a simple fix but she worked hard and got it done. Thanks and great work Janna!
