Truly delivers the best product in the industry! Every person at Hauk has one common goal to give the best customer service possible. It starts with owner Robby Hauk. If I was to build a pool at my house it would be who I use.
I would recommend them on the project manager and sales staff alone. We built a contemporary pool. When we interviewed other pool companies they just didn't get exactly what we wanted with design. when we saw what Hauk came up with, it was perfect. We did have a couple of glitches which always happens when you build and remodel. I have to say that Cindy came through and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Jeremy was our project manager he was great! I hope if you choose them he gets to manage your job.
Hauke started our pool the end of October,!they finished the middle of January. That was with all the rain and holidays. Leo was our designer and he helped us design a pool that was completely different from our last pool. Jeremy was our project manager and he was amazing also. Every time he said someone would be here they were there. With dogs that was great. We love our pool&spa. We used our spa by can’t wait to use our pool this summer.
I contacted Hauk Custom Pools for a few repairs on my pool, Seth Hamilton came to my home spoke with me about the repair, and he had the quote to me very quickly. From there everything went very smoothly, Seth communicated clearly inefficiently every step of the way.
Hauk built us a beautiful pool, patio, & outdoor kitchen. The project was completed in June of 2017 and we have loved it! Like any project of this magnitude and scope, we ran into a couple of challenges with schedule and communication but Hauk navigated all of them to my satisfaction. We built a pool this year with Hauk and the process was smooth from start to Finish. Tim Ryan was our salesmen and provided us with exactly what we wanted in the way of a design and layout of our pool, cabana and fire pit. Throughout the process he was responsive and answered all our questions with detail. When it came time to build the pool Robert Ciago, was amazing.
