I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
