Dr Samuel Hathy has been my doctor since 1999. I've been delighted with his care and will continue seeing him as long as he practices here in Jacksonville. His staff are kind and helpful and I'm pleased with them. When there has been a problem with my glasses or contacts (rarely) they're always on the ball to adjust, repair or replace them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for vision care.

Dr. Hathy is wonderful and professional. He has helped my entire family for year with our eye care needs. I am so happy with my new glasses! Thank you to the entire staff!
This office and staff is horrible. They need to change their lab they use as cannot seem to get the lens correct the first time. It takes 3-4 times to them correct and about a month to have your new glasses. I went in for a re-check on my eye exam and Dr Hathy was very rude. His staff is not much better. I am changing and will never go back. LOL!
Dr. Hathy's bedside manner was terrible and he had no personality. The staff was not friendly and it took me three weeks to receive my glasses which was a simple prescription.
I highly recommend Dr. Hathy to all of my friends and family and love his office and office staff. Always a pleasant experience.
