Great place! Great people! Their chile is exactly as advertised!
The customer service is fantastic!! Jo and Rhonda helped make my husbands birthday extra special by making sure the chile I ordered arrived on time and in excellent condition. They even canceled his order when he tried to place it without my knowledge to make the surprise of chile extra special. He's been eating chile every day for a month now and is as happy as can be to have a touch of New Mexico in New Jersey! It not only warms his appetite but his heart! I can't recommend this company enough! Thank you!
I live in WA state, and ordered these to surprise my boyfriend and his family. They are from Denver, CO and always talk about the Hatch chiles in the open air market there. I've ordered Hatch green chile already made online, but this was a first for actual chiles. I got the 10 lb box of Big Jim's and was not disappointed!! We have been going to Hatch Chile Express for the last 5 years for the Chile Festival. We always buy our Chiles from here ( about 100 ilbs) and we have never been disappointed! We take them home to Yuma,AZ where we bag and freeze them for the year! I also get the beautiful chile ristras and spices. It's a trip we always look forward to and we really love this place. The owners and employees are awesome and go out of their way to help you even though the place is packed. Thank-you and we'll see you next year!
