Visited there this past week from central Nevada. Not only was it the cleanest place in town, it had a fantastic gift shop where I purchased a gorgeous jewelry set! The roasting of our extra hot chile was to perfection! Staff was super friendly and helpful. This will be the only place we purchase our chile from now on. Thanks ladies! (And hard working roaster guy) �

I grew up in Hatch NM and family still lives there. I can't hardly wait for green chile season every year. In this part of Tx no green/ red chile at all. These people here don't know what they're missing......once you eat green/ red chile you never go back!
