Great service and selection by the staff, plus easy to find off I25
Husband went on a business trip and went to discover Hatch. He came home raving about the chiles on the roof, how incredibly nice the sales people were, and all our souvenirs are from here! I am thrilled-- because the medium salsa if fantastic! Flavorful, just the right amount of heat! Yummmm
They are the friendliest people you could ever want to do business with. This is the 3rd year we've driven up from South Texas to get our chiles & they have gone over & above to accommodate our needs every time. See you again next year.
My Dad and I drove all the way from Tempe, AZ just to buy 11 sacks of chiles. This is an amazing little place and the service was excellent! I will never roast my own chiles again, they did it for me for a nominal fee and they were roasted and peeled to perfection. See you next year Hatch Chile Express!
I always want to try a different chile spot every year for my Duck Race trip. I never do. I always go to the Express and it's always good. This year they seemed busier than usual and the temporary lady working seemed overwhelmed. Still bought overpriced shot glass and fridge magnet along with pounds of chile. I'm older now and buy roasted peeled chopped frozen.
They are super friendly and have some of the most interesting chile items.
