Great people, great store, great chile. Whenever I have someone ask me where they should go to buy for their chile needs, be it fresh or frozen, red or green. I send everyone there.
There is nothing like Hatch chile. The smell of it roasting in the parking lots of Santa Fe in the fall is amazing.
