We have been buying our chile here for 15+ years. We had it shipped to us when we lived in Georgia. Now that are in Arizona we are driving ourselves. Much cheaper that way. Always excellent quality.

It took us years to find Lumbre, we knew someone was harvesting it in Hatch, we just didn't know who. Now and for the last 10 years we go back at harvest to Hatch Chile Express for 2-3 40lb sacks. Great place!

We sojourn here twice a year and it is the very best place to buy green and red chile.
I have ordered bagged frozen chile (I love the convenience), chile powders, red and green sauce, and ristras as housewarming gifts. They have always sent good quality and good condition and have never let me down plus they are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with.
I won't buy any place else! Aside from the best Chile in Hatch, the owners are the best people you have ever met! They are down to earth and hard working with the best customer service around!
